Health and sensitive information
Please do not send medical, mental health, or other sensitive personal details through our website forms. Website forms are not a secure clinical channel and are not reviewed by treatment providers.
If you seek services, we will gather only the information needed to connect you with care, through a confidential intake process. Clinical records are maintained by licensed providers under their professional confidentiality obligations and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies.

Phone and SMS
Providing your phone number on a website form only permits us to call you about your inquiry. We will not text you unless you initiate messaging with us.
If you do text with us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
Service providers who help us run the website, process donations, send email, or manage events, and who may use the information only to perform those services for us
Licensed providers in our network, only when you have asked to be connected with services
Legal requirements, when disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or to protect someone's safety
We do not publicly list donors by name without permission. You can ask to give anonymously.
Donations
Online donations are processed by a third-party payment service. Your card or bank details go directly to that processor and are not stored on our website or seen by our staff. The processor's handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.
We keep records of your name, contact information, and gift history to issue receipts, meet IRS requirements, and thank you for your support.
Cookies, analytics, and third-party services
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. We use [ANALYTICS TOOL, e.g. Google Analytics] to see aggregate traffic patterns; it does not tell us who you are.

Our site may include embedded content or links to other websites, such as social media, video, and event platforms. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on our website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
