Veterans Breakfast Club Podcast

Discover the inspiring work of Gail Williams, Clinical Director of At Ease USA, in this exclusive Veterans Breakfast Club interview. At Ease USA is a Nebraska-based nonprofit dedicated to providing trauma-informed care and mental health support to military members, veterans, and their families across Nebraska and parts of Iowa. With a unique three-prong approach—trauma therapy, wellness programs, and peer support—At Ease USA addresses the complex needs of those affected by military-related trauma, PTSD, and suicide prevention.

Gail Williams brings a deeply personal and professional perspective to her role. As a military brat, spouse, and mother, she understands the profound impact military service has on families. Her clinical background began at Father Flanigan Boys Town, working with at-risk youth and trauma, which fueled her passion for trauma-informed care. Gail’s leadership has been instrumental in expanding At Ease USA’s programs, including innovative wellness initiatives like trauma-informed yoga, equine therapy, and acupuncture, designed to help service members and their families reconnect mind and body.
